# LittlePly Rust mate helper — licenses and corresponding source The Rust helper package is GPL-3.0-or-later (Cargo.toml). This component must NOT be described as Apache-2.0. The bundled shakmaty 0.27.3 rules library declares GPL-3.0+; its original notices, COPYING and source are retained under vendor/shakmaty in corresponding-source.tar.gz. The complete GPLv3 text is also provided as LICENSE beside this notice. All locked Rust dependency source, package metadata, license files and checksum files are included unmodified under vendor/. Their package-specific license expressions are listed in DEPENDENCY-LICENSES.json inside the source archive. Dependencies retain their own notices and applicable license terms; this notice does not relicense them. The archive includes Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, src/main.rs, project-local .cargo/config.toml pointing to vendor/, the new Python helper/IPC/dispatcher sources, their tests, this notice and GPL text. It excludes model checkpoints, game records, tokens, private configuration and compiled dependency build caches. To rebuild the Rust executable: extract the archive, enter its root, and run cargo build --release --locked --offline using rustc/cargo 1.75.0 or a compatible Rust toolchain. All crate sources needed for this build are present; network access is not required. The standard toolchain itself is not bundled. Preserve this corresponding-source archive and notices alongside any public helper binary distribution. No public upload or redistribution was performed during this repair. Existing project files outside this helper component retain their existing licenses; do not label a combined distribution solely Apache or remove third-party notices. This package addresses the concrete helper source/notice packaging gap; deployment and any publication remain separate decisions. The helper uses a fixed eight-slot same-user CPU semaphore in /dev/shm, shared across service PrivateTmp namespaces; no credentials or model files are included in that IPC directory. The source archive includes mate_cpu_pool.py and mate_ipc.py.
